Team Langoustine On The Screen and Behind The Scenes

BY MARK KHOO

This 2026, Team Langoustine and our Premier private camping at Hunaudières (inside Tertre Rouge corner) was content captured more than ever before by ourselves and other motorsport content creators.

LE MANS 24H AND THE FRONT MAN FOR A DEATH METAL BAND

Our first ever promotional films for the 24 Hours of Le Mans were created by Nick Hearne assisted by photographer Chris Talbot. I met Nick whilst working for French advertising agency giant Havas and our client Porsche Cars GB.

As well as his ongoing work for Porsche, including four years’ worth of Goodwood Festival of Speed official social media coverage, Nick was responsible for Domino’s partnering with Gravity Industries to be the first pizza company in the world to deliver pizzas via jet pack to revellers at Glastonbury 2023. He was also recently featured on UK national and local news channels for his Dogs Bollard art - part of Concrete Canvas, a project organised by Chelmsford's Business Improvement District

Whilst not being a Creative Director extraordinaire, polymath Nick fronts Essex death metal band Beyond Extinction.

Did you spot yourself or your car in the film?

LE MANS CLASSIC LEGEND WITH RACE & TAYLOR

Our promotional films for the Le Mans Classic were created by Carla and Reece from automotive lifestyle and coffee brand Race & Taylor.

Known for their stylish apparel and speciality coffee (I’ve currently got Race / Two – a medium roasted Colombian in my grinder), Carla and Reece were briefed to capture the romantic and more relaxed atmosphere of the Le Mans Classic in order to tempt a new generation of motorsport fans to this amazing annual festival.

Arriving at Team Langoustine – Hunaudières in their customised Race & Taylor Coffee Rig Porsche Cayenne (also available for event hire), the team set about capturing the vibes, the unparalleled access granted by a Paddock Pass and some of the best food filming and photography this side of Chef’s Table.

WHAT MAKES LE MANS AND TEAM LANGOUSTINE SO SPECIAL?

It wasn’t just our team filming at our Premier site.

A team working on behalf of WEC interviewed Chief Prawn Mark about what makes the spirit of Le Mans and Team Langoustine so special, posting this to Instagram.

ON SPEED AND BACK ROADS

Veteran broadcaster and Team Langoustine regular Gareth Jones and his crew once again covered the Le Mans 24h extensively for the Gareth Jones on Speed podcast. He also interviewed some of the ladies of our bar team.

Meanwhile, Ed Turner of Backroad Hero travelled to the race with his son Max. He covered their preparations and road trip to Le Mans and then their experience public camping. Luckily it wasn’t all burnt Merguez and sketchy toilets. Ed and Max enjoyed day passes to the Team Langoustine Premier site – a must have for our customers opting for Economy public camping.
