FROM INITIAL RESERVATION TO GETTING YOUR TICKETS - THE IMPORTANT DIARY DATES YOU NEED TO KNOW.

  • Website opens for 2027 Le Mans 24HR Reservation Bookings

    Confirm your initial booking reservation options with Team Langoustine
    (You can amend and add to your booking later)

    Secure reservation with a 35% deposit payment

  • Official ACO 2027 prices and allocations confirmed (Estimated)

    Customers have a 2-to-3 week window to review/amend initial booking reservation

    Option to cancel, before bookings become firm (non-refundable) sale

  • All reservations become a confirmed firm sale (non-refundable)

    Bookings can be added to subject to availability, but not reduced

    Stage payments to clear outstanding balances to begin

  • Full balance payment required by the end of February

    Any additions to Bookings at this point MUST be paid in full

    Failure to make full payment will result in delay of tickets shipping, or potential cancellation of your booking

  • Booking Organiser will be asked to add their attendees to their booking

    Attendee Details for everyone in your group to be completed online

    All details must be completed prior to tickets being shipped to Organiser

  • Event tickets from the ACO sent to Team Langoustine
    (Estimate-only as the date can vary each year)

    Tickets shipped by DHL with tracking link
    (Tickets will only be shipped to booking organisers who have paid their full balance, and whose group have completed their Attendee Details)

HOW TO RESERVE YOUR PERFECT LE MANS EXPERIENCE WITH TEAM LANGOUSTINE.

    If you are a new customer, create an account to start the booking process

    Once your account is setup, you'll be able to manage your booking, make amendments, add extras, pay your balance, and much more

  • Once you have logged into your account, select the event you want to book to build your custom experience of PREMIER camping, ECONOMY camping, General Entry tickets, Paddock and Grandstand tickets, and Extras/Upgrades.

  • Select from our range of camping options available

    Choose from our PREMIER or ECONOMY camping pitches

    Select the size of pitch that is right for you

    (To help you decide, we have provided guidance on the number of people that each pitch size can comfortably accommodate)

  • Select your tickets for admission to the race itself

    Choose your General Entry tickets only or add Grandstand/Tribune tickets

    Camping MUST include an Adult General Entry Ticket purchase for every adult attending

    Grandstand/Tribune Tickets MUST be purchased with an equal number of General Entry Tickets

    If you have already booked General Entry or General Entry with Grandstand/Tribune Tickets and choose to upgrade to Camping as well, you will not be charged again for additional General Entry Tickets

  • PARKING - Additional parking can be added to your booking, if the pitch you book doesn’t come with on-site parking or you would like to purchase additional parking spaces. (Subject to availability),

    PREMIER CAMPING - You can add extras to your experience like choosing secure lockers with charging points for your mobile devices, or one of our tent hire packages

    ECONOMY CAMPING - Upgrade your experience to include access to Team Langoustine’s Premier Site (trackside at Tertre Rouge). Once on-site, you’ll be able to use of our facilities including Marquee with Bar, Terrace, Big Screen TV & Music. Also available with pre-paid on-site Catering (Thurs-Sun including Evening Meal).

    Guest passes are only available if Tickets have been purchased with Team Langoustine).

  • You will be asked to pay an initial 35% deposit of the total cost to secure your booking

  • Once you have made your booked and paid your deposit (or paid in full, if required), you will receive an email from bookings@teamlangoustine.com to confirm your booking and giving you a full summary of what you have booked.

  • Add details of everyone in your party who is coming on your trip

    Send invites to those in your group to complete their Attendee Details

    Ensure everyone in your group completes and submits Attendee Details

    PREMIER CAMPING. -

    Tell us any special requirements your group may have e.g., Dietary needs

    Ensure all attendees select their planned Arrival & Departure date (Early Arrival options are available, at extra cost)

  • Final balances must be paid by no later than 28 February 2027.

    You will be able to log in to your account to see your outstanding balance and make final payment ahead of the event.

  • We’ll be in touch before tickets are shipped to ask you to check, amend or confirm your correct Mailing Address details for tickets to be shipped to.

    Your address may have changed since you started your booking e.g. if you have moved house.

OTHER FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.

  • There is no specific requirement for you to have travel insurance in place in order to book with Team Langoustine.

    However, we highly recommend making your own arrangements for travel insurance as part of your wider travel plans.

    Although a free UK Global Health Insurance Card (GHIC) (or if it’s still in date, your old EHIC) will give you access to state healthcare on the same terms as a local in the EU, it shouldn’t be seen as an alternative to travel cover. The Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) recommends having a separate travel insurance policy as well as a GHIC/EHIC when visiting Europe. That’s because your GHIC won’t cover you for any private medical treatment you need, and it won’t cover getting you back to the UK in a medical emergency.

  • We will keep you informed by email concerning distribution of tickets for the event

    Tickets will be issued at the earliest opportunity once we have received our ticket allocation from the ACO

  • You can cancel your booking at any time until November this year

    At this point, all customers will be emailed to notify them of a 2 week window before all bookings become firm sale

    Once bookings become firm sale, it is not possible to cancel the booking or transfer any payment to a future event.

    It is possible to make selected changes to your booking by logging the site using your booking details such as adding additional pitches and tickets to your booking, changing contact details and other bolt-ons, such as secure lockers for charging mobile devices, and much more

  • Changes to your bookings can be made until November. After that time, bookings become firm sale and non-refundable

    You can keep adding to your booking until just before tickets are shipped (Apr-May), subject to availability

    If there are any last minute updates to who will be staying with us, or to the details of the vehicle(s) that you will be arriving in, please email bookings@teamlangoustine.com and a member of our team will update your booking

  • Yes, you can. Login to the site to manage your booking by clicking here.

    Once you have accessed your booking, you’ll be able to add additional pitches, Grandstand/Tribune Tickets, Secure Lockers for charging mobile devices, additional parking tickets, and much more. Subject to availability

  • If you choose to only pay an initial deposit to secure your booking, then any outstanding balance will be due by no later than 28 February 2027

  • In order to complete your booking, we ask for the following details for all members of your group that will be travelling to the event:

    • Full Name

    • Date of Birth

    • Scan/Photo of valid Passport

    • Email address

    • Contact phone number

    • Next of kind contact details

    • PREMIER CAMPING ONLY - Any special dietary requirements

    • PREMIER CAMPING ONLY - Planned Arrival/Departure day and time slot

    • PREMIER CAMPING ONLY - Vehicle registration(s) that your will be travelling in to the event.

  • If you or any member of your group loses their General Entry/Grandstand ticket(s) during the event, replacement tickets MUST be requested by the group organiser
